Pipp（以下简称"本应用"）是一款宠物陪伴应用，帮你记录与宠物的点滴、生成专属宠物形象、提供宠物行为问答。我们非常重视你的隐私：仅收集为你提供服务所必需的信息，绝不出售你的个人数据，也不用于广告。
一、我们收集哪些信息
- 你主动提供的内容：上传的宠物照片、你的个人头像、写下的文字笔记与"瞬间"记录、宠物名字与到家日期。
- 健康记录：你手动填写的体重、状态及自定义追踪数据。
- 账号信息：用于登录的手机号，或第三方登录账号（如 Apple 登录）。
- 必要的设备与日志信息：如设备型号、系统版本，用于保障应用正常运行与排查问题。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
- 生成你宠物的专属形象、保存你的记录与"记忆树"。
- 提供"懂它的朋友"宠物行为问答与照片文案。
- 在你授权后，发送提醒通知。
- 改进产品体验（分析数据均做匿名化处理）。
三、第三方与 AI 处理（重要）
为实现形象生成与智能问答功能，你的照片与文字会被发送给我们的 AI 服务提供商进行实时处理：
- OpenAI —— 用于将宠物照片生成 Q 版形象；
- Anthropic —— 用于"懂它的朋友"问答与照片文案。
这些数据仅用于即时生成对应结果。根据上述服务商的 API 政策，通过 API 提交的内容不会被用于训练其模型。我们不会公开展示你的照片或记录，除非你主动选择分享。
除上述为实现功能所必需的处理外，我们不会将你的个人信息提供给任何其他第三方，更不会出售。
四、数据存储与保留
- 你的记录、照片、健康数据主要保存在你的设备本地。
- 你可随时在应用内删除任意记录；删除后即从设备清除。
- 发送给 AI 服务商的内容仅用于本次请求处理，不在我们处长期留存。
五、你的权利
- 随时查看、导出或删除你在应用内的数据。
- 随时注销账号，账号删除后相关数据将被清除。
- 随时关闭通知及各项系统权限（如相册访问）。

六、儿童隐私
本应用面向成年用户，并非定向提供给 14 周岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息；若你认为我们误收集了儿童信息，请联系我们删除。
七、数据安全
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护你的信息，与 AI 服务商之间的数据传输均通过加密（HTTPS）进行。但请理解，任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
八、本政策的变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更会在应用内或通过本页面显著告知。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的政策。

Pipp Privacy Policy

Pipp ("the App") is a pet companion app that helps you record moments with your pet, generate a stylized portrait of your pet, and answer pet-behavior questions. We value your privacy: we only collect information necessary to provide the service, never sell your data, and never use it for advertising.
1. Information We Collect
- Content you provide: pet photos you upload, your profile avatar, notes and "moments" you write, your pet's name and arrival date.
- Health records: weight, status, and custom tracking values you enter manually.
- Account info: your phone number, or third-party sign-in (e.g., Sign in with Apple).
- Device & log info: device model and OS version, to keep the App running and troubleshoot.
2. How We Use It
- Generate your pet's portrait; save your records and "Memory Tree."
- Provide the "A Friend Who Gets Them" behavior Q&A and photo captions.
- Send reminder notifications after you opt in.
- Improve the product (analytics are anonymized).
3. Third Parties & AI Processing (Important)
To power portrait generation and the Q&A, your photos and text are sent to our AI service providers for real-time processing:
- OpenAI — to turn your pet photo into a stylized portrait;
- Anthropic — for the behavior Q&A and photo captions.
This data is used only to produce the corresponding result. Per these providers' API policies, content submitted via API is not used to train their models. We do not publicly display your photos or records unless you choose to share them.
Apart from the processing necessary to provide these features, we do not provide your personal information to any other third party, and we never sell it.
4. Data Storage & Retention
- Your records, photos, and health data are stored primarily on your device.
- You can delete any record in the App at any time; deletion removes it from your device.
- Content sent to AI providers is used only for that request and is not retained by us long-term.
5. Your Rights
- View, export, or delete your data in the App at any time.
- Delete your account; related data is removed upon deletion.
- Turn off notifications and system permissions (e.g., photo access) at any time.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; data transmission to AI providers uses encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
